Living with mental health challenges can feel lonely and overwhelming. Our mental health support provides a friendly face and practical help when you need it most, helping you stay well at home.
We know that mental health isn't predictable. Good days and difficult days can arrive without warning. That's why our support is flexible – we work with how you're feeling, not against it. On tough days, we might help you maintain basic routines. On better days, we might support you to tackle bigger challenges.
Our support workers can help with:
Keeping on top of daily tasks when motivation is low Remembering and managing medication Getting to appointments and activities Managing anxiety in everyday situations Maintaining a comfortable, healthy home Staying connected with people who matter
We work closely with your mental health team, but we're not clinicians – we're friendly, understanding people who genuinely want to help. We won't judge, we won't rush you, and we won't give up on you.
